Please test the new server

I have the new server online and world-facing. It's in testing mode now. A copy of the forum database from last week is on it for testing.

NOTHING THAT IS POSTED ON THE TEST SERVER (link below) WILL BE SAVED.
IT WILL ALL BE DELETED

Please try it out. Post a couple of times, delete posts, send PMs, post a pic if you know how -- just beat on it, and let me know the problems you find.

index.php

The forum should "feel" pretty much the same as it ever was.

[It is up-to-date. That is, we were running 2005 forum software, and now -- on the test server -- we're running 2008 forum software, the last available that we can run until I pay someone to write some custom code so the Anchor MOD will work in the newer versions of phpBB (3.0.11 as of this writing). Without that MOD, the forum posts will be broken if I upgrade. It's gonna run a few hundred to hire a coder and I've not found the right combination of price, time, and talent to do that.]

I can't edit my Profile, so that's a bug I'll get to.

Got the Profile edit thing worked out (it was a faulty VIP MOD).

If no other bugs are reported, I'll probably try to cut-over to the new server this week.

As of now, we are running the newest version of phpBB 2 that we can (without getting a custom Anchor BBcode MOD): (2.0.23) on the new server hardware with the newer Apache/MySQL/php that can be had.

Please report issues here. The server testing link above does still work, but it's a scratchpad and nothing that goes on there will be saved.
