This ZIP file contains firmware for each hardware revision
of your particular model of modem. Be sure to download the the latest version of Flash Wizard, and install it.The Flash Wizard is the Multi-Tech modem flash utility for all modem models, be sure to put all the *.HEX firmware files into the same folder/directory as the Flash Wizard. You may download the Flash Wizard by going to the Multi-Tech WEB site at www.multitech.com then go to the software section and locate the latest version of Flash Wizard, and then download, and install.
