Incorrect number of arguments.
Usage: MSP_Control IP password outlet_number action 
where:
    IP = IP address (eg 192.168.0.52
    password = password for SNMP account in AP9225 that has write authority
	outlet_number = integer that represents the outlet to be controlled
    action = action to be performed:
         2 = power on           
         3 = power off          
         5 = reboot immediately
