Incorrect number of arguments.
Usage: MSP_Control IP password outlet action 
where:
    IP       = IP address (eg 192.168.0.52) 
    password = password for a SNMP account in the AP9225 that has write authority
    outlet   = integer that represents the outlet to be controlled (1..8)
    action   = integer that represents the action to be performed: 
                1 = immediate power on          
                2 = delayed   power on          
                3 = immediate power off         
                4 = graceful  reboot            
                5 = immediate reboot            
                6 = graceful  power off delayed 
                8 = cancel pending command
